Hi my names Chris, I live in Sheffield. I spent a couple of months in St Louis last year and tried out Pappy's after seeing it on Man v Food, loved it:-) so i finally picked up a weber 57 one touch a couple of weeks ago and have now done a couple of slow and low boneless pork legs in it using lumpwood charcoal with a bit of applewood thrown in for some smoke. Looking forward to learning my way around a BBQ on here:-)
