Hi there,I'm new to the society, been on the perimiter looking in. and have decided to jump in
I've been doing pig roasts for 9 years now, and have now decided to increase my repetoire.
I am in the process of converting a 240 gal water bowser into a trailered pit smoker bbq to do texas briskets and butts,
I wondered if anyone else had tried this?

Hi Neil

Welcome to the forum. You have to put pictures up of the smoker when parts of it are done. I have to say it is one of my dreams to do this but need to get the cash together first. I have to say envious. Good luck and talk again soon.

Hi Gav,
Tried to post picture of bowser before we start, but i have to resize it first :( . The bowser cost £150 , I'm not sure of the final cost tho, no more than £1000, fire box being fabricated at the moment

Sounds great Neil. I have to say you got a good price there for that. I have to say it would be good to see the finished product.
