Am new to the forum, but have been loitering, lurking and reading here for some time.
Looking forwards to getting more involved in the competition circuit over the coming months or so, but would be interested to see if there were any other West Midlanders teams who already compete to chat with and get the feel for what is involved ... at the moment its just me and my home made Double Barrel smoker, most of my friends think im bonkers for the passion I have for BBQ, (that is until I knock up a batch of pulled pork... and then they see the light! lol.) and my Mrs is a veggie so the likelihood of getting her involved is highly unlikely.
Anyway, if anyone else is from West Mids or there abouts, or even not... would be great to hear from you
