Hello to all members of the BBBQS

I'm based in London and can usually be found in the various woodlands of Kent. I'm in the wood business and i'm rather partial to food & smoke - be it Hot & Fast or Low & Slow.
I'm also true to our homegrown species and beasts along with their provenience and husbandry. What I don't know I'll search out and learn, and what I know i'll happily share.

I have 2 boys who share the love of good honest joyful food & a very patient partner.

My *mantra is: Be present in the moment, be thankful & know nothing lasts for ever.

Hi Welcome
Farmer from N Somerset, worked as a tree surgeon and forester for at least !0 years for myself and other contractors clearing Windblow. During the big storm, watched whole trees flying through the air like the gods were playing darts.
