What to get
Have some friends going to the states. What are some hard to get items here that they could pick up, thinking mainly rubs as they are light. What would be everyones top 3 items ?

this is going to depend on which part of the states they're going to as availability of different products changes in different regions. For example you get much more good stuff in somewhere like kansas city than you will in new york.

Ribs and Q are big in chicago. You might have some luck? The local Walmart sell a good range.

The electronic aids are loads cheaper in the States. Could get a BBQ Guru or a Maverick ET732?
