My name is Chris.
I live in a small village in Lowewr Austria.
Like fishing, music, my guitar and BBQ
My gear is not really impressive but it works
Use Dutch Ovens and ODC kettle grills, an old gasgrill and a Cobb
I´ve been grilling since....hmmmm no idea when I grilled my first brat

just to give you a litte impression a few pics of my food

Hopefully there is a difference in language here with use of the term "brat". Not just a sausage in the UK it refers to an unruly child...........................well worth grilling. Welcome and looking forward to some interesting recipes.

Welcome Chris, your food looks great!! I was thinking about traveling to Austria to take part in a barbecue competition, but google translation isnt the best! http://www.aba-barbecue.at/index.php/meisterschaften and I right thinking the main competition is on the weekend of the 22nd june?

people I know use "brat" for a sausage..probably it is that little difference between UK and US.
