Hi everyone - Newbie here, been bbqing on gas for a while and am looking to start cooking on a bullet smoker (on the lookout for a WSM or ProQ). Looking forward to reading new recipes and tricks to improve my outdoor cooking.....thanks, Dave

welcome to the place where grilliing, smoking, low 'n' slow, baste, slather, rack and pull have only one meaning and its the right meaning.
