A wee hello and a question from Nottingham...

Hello all,

I've just joined this site after Googling BBQ/smoking/meat events in the UK and not really finding a great deal. Me and 'the boy' went to Grillstock for the first time this year in Manchester which we loved but wanted to try all the scrummy food the judges were sampling and didn't get the chance. We hot smoke on our Weber and have made a wooden cold smoker where we smoke our own bacon and homemade sausages. We are by no means experts but love food and cooking and experimenting.

Anyho I wanted to find out what BBQ events or festivals in the UK you've been to and which ones you would rate we go to (probably next year now).
