Welcome Ken, it's great that you're able to get the Yoder pellet smokers over there, sadly we don;t have a supplier in the UK, but if i were to buy another pellet cooker it would be a Yoder.

I also saw that Andy Groneman from the US came over to do a cooking class in Oz, did you attend this?

Yeah, the Yoders look a sensational unit, they are a bit expensive here unfortunately though. I am actually having dinner next Friday with the guy who imports them to Australia.

Yep, Andy was over for the Melbourne BBQ Festival which I didn't make it to. There is a Sydney BBQ festival coming up at the end of this month, and I will definitely be going to that. Will try to remember to take pics and post them up here.
