Hi Clair, Its all ok to use whichever name you prefer. Most people on here know me . As I said feel free to contact me at BBQ Shack though it would be better when I get back from The Jack at the end of October. As we have an inside kitchen with a large extraction unit we will be cooking all winter though we will be doing some outside events too.
