Converting from American gas bottles

I have just moved back home to the UK from the USA and brought my BBQ (grill) with me. What do I need to do to convert to UK gas, I am a little confused by the different sizes and types of gas bottle. Can anyone gove me a pointer

You will just need a new gas regulator, best to visit either a DIY store like B&Q (http://www.diy.com) or find a local calor centre (http://www.calor.co.uk) just tell them its for a BBQ and they will point you in the right direction.
