What's up whats up. I am Masonate. Or Stu. From Fboro, Hampshire. Been smoking for around 2 years now (maybe more, not sure, grilling since forever) - mostly on my One-Touch, but when I can I get round my mates then its on his WSM. Both of us are pretty passionate about decent BBQ (and grilling) and the dream is to open a good BBQ joint (perhaps after doing a US pit tour).
Want to start getting more involved in the BBQ community, got tired of lurking on http://www.reddit.com/r/bbq and wanted to start taking part - get some good advice and perhaps start joining competitions.

Are you aware you are almost with spitting distance (if one was to be that crude) of BBBQS-HQ in Tongham, so you wouldn't have far to travel to next year's grassroot courses and competitions
