Hi All,
Frosty here.
Initially my interest in food is from a meat curing background - I cure meats. Bacons, hams, sausages all that sort of stuff.
This has led me into the BBQ/smoking world as a natural progression (smoked bacon is much better than unsmoked!)
With that I'm looking at making a BBQ/smoker that I can cook or cold smoke meats on - that'll lead into some questions from me in other parts of this forum.
Hope to speak to you soon and look forward to picking some brains
Frosty

Re: Hello!
Thanks all,
Sorry about the late response, got sent away with work rather rapidly!
Ermmm, not sure if I'll be able to offer any assistance Keith, but if there are any questions in threads about Sausages or Bacon, I'll be more than willing to help - there is nothing quite as good as home made bacon!
