Hi guys,
Just thought I'd say hello! I've been reading the forum (awesome job btw) for a while so thought I'd better get cracking and register.
I got into barbecue a few years back and formed a team with my mates Howie (think he said hello recently too) and Simon called Last Of The Summer Swine. We managed to fluke a decent result at Grillstock last year and I'm keen to try out a few other competitions too. I really love the bbq scene in the UK - seems to be lots of top people and a serious devotion to bbq...and bourbon!
Anyway - hello all and hope to see you all on the road soon.

It will be good to see you guys at more competitions this year.
The BBQS has 2 events in May and one in June, first event in May is closing for registration in a couple of days.
