hello to all!!!

Post by alithehat »

Hi all...

Just wanted to pop on and say a quick hello..have been skulking around the forums soaking up knowledge for the last wee while and thought it about time to join the forum and say hello!

My other half and I are moving into our first new house (with garden!!) in just under a month - we bought nearly five months ago and just waiting to get in, and I have spent that entire 5 months googling the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker and appropriate techniques/recipes!!!

Cant wait to get started, its my first present to myself after years of saving for the house...no doubt stacks of questions to follow and pictures of chunks of meat in various stages of cremation!

Cheers!!!

Mark

Hi there, you best buy some bigger bathroom scales, you're going to need them after a few months doing ribs and pulled pork.
