I'm not "serious" about BBQ but I have started to really enjoy it and may well upgrade from my £40 box on wheels from the range to something good at some point soon, but until then I'd like to make the most of what I have to see if it is worth me upgrading ...so howdy y'all!

Hey guys, I'm Paul and I've joined the forum as I want to go from regular burger burner to BBQ pit master with as little effort and as much beer as possible

Ay up from a Manc in Wiltshire (soon to be Gloucester), must be something in the upbringing, that was my plan, just don't neglect the beers ok
