Need a chicken recipe

Post by DJBenz »

So I've bagged my first "catering gig" this Saturday, the missus is having some friends round and has been telling them about my pulled pork (matron). :D

Anyway, as bad luck would have it one of them doesn't like pork :x but will do chicken or turkey. So, can anyone recommend a chicken recipe that I can do alongside the pork to keep the awkward one happy? :)

Thanks folks.

Whatever you decide, just make sure to cook it hotter to ensure the skin's edible!

It was a disaster in the end; storms, lashing rain, thunder and lighting so no chance of cooking outside. I ended up doing pulled pork in the oven with homemade slaws, BBQ sauce and sweet potato wedges. They loved it, but they didn't know what they were missing. :(
