Hi all

Be watching/reading the forums here off and on for a while so though about time I got my backside in gear and introduced myself.

Real name is Adam, Yukon164 is just the name I use online you'll find me on twitter under that and loads of other useless "social media" stuff.

Been BBQ for "too" long, grew up in Perth I Australia in the 70's and my dad got us well into BBQing over there and brought it all back to the UK. Now got a family of my own and been BBQing for many years for family and friends. Last few years been doing more and more smoking, low and slow, on my trusty old Outback charcoal BBQ - has to be charcoal, gas is for kitchens.

As of today I am the proud owner of a Weber wmokey mountain courtesy of my wife - its an early fathers day/wedding anniversy gift, so its all onwards and upwards to greater BBQ heights from here on in.
