Dave from gateshead been into cold smoking for a good few years now mainly fish I have caught, in the process of building my first uds and looking forward to trying it out. Hope to get some good ideas from this sight and may need a bit of help at times.

Welcome. I'm also into cold smoking and do it on my Weber Smokey Mountain. Great fun.
