Hi another newbie here.
Yesterday I bought a weber smokey mountain as the first step on my 2015 BBQ adventure. Inspired by YouTube clips of massive Americans serving up slow cooked cut of meats, I want to replicate their abilities so i can ram my new found BBQ skills in the mouths of close friend and family. I've joined this forum so I can talk to like minded enthusiasts and steel their knowledge and maybe pass on a little of what I discover to others newbies on the forum.
