Afternoon all,

Hope you are enjoying our recently arrived sunshine.

I'm Tom from Southampton. I've been BBQing for about 7 years for myself but 6 months ago started working as the Head Chef/Pitmaster at my friends (Max) bar.

I've lurked on the forums in the past and seen some pretty handy advice out there!

Although I am supposed to feel antipathy toward you based on foot the ball geography I much prefer bbq. Where is this establishment such that I may sample its wares I am often abroad in Southampton for cricket related tomfoolery and was unaware good bbq could be provided,

Sorry for the VERY late reply. So busy all the time I forget to keep things updated!

We are on London Road in Southampton

Marshals Bar (soon to be Marshals BAR-Be-Que!)

(hopefully I'm not breaking any forum rules around advertising!)

We literally just took delivery of our FEC120 today (previously we have just been using 4 ProQ's a Weber 57cm Smokey Mountain and a couple of cheapo kettle BBQs)

Come down have a drink - I reccomend our smoked turkey, its pretty awesome!
