Hi all

Just to say hello to all of you here. I've been looking around for a few days and this site has a lot of helpful information with lots of very helpful people.

I got hooked into barbecue just through having a keen interest in cooking and good quality produce. I bought a weber kettle a few years ago and found amazingribs.com and started trying various recipes there.

I'm in the process of buying a WSM and can't wait to start smoking some food on there.
