Our first post on the forum. We've been looking through the forum to see if anyone else is playing around with smoked chillies. We've been cold smoking our own chillies with a variety of wood types for a while now. Our smoker is an old fridge with a Pro Q smoke generator. Does a great job for what we need.
It's nice to be important but more important to be nice.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Yes I smoke my own chillies, use an old M&S flower box and a CSG.

How you getting on with the ProQ cold smoker? Must admit I have hardly used mine so need an excuse to have a crack with it.
