Went to Bristol Grillstock 2015 and was inspired to buy pro q frontier. Still in box but will hopefully try out this weekend! Where do you get the proper brisket from? Will a 'normal' butchers be able to prepare the American style cut?

Hi ands Welcome

You will find most butchers don't do US Packer cut brisket but there are some that are dipping their toes in the water the more popular it becomes. The lean trimmed brisket in the butchers that you see is not the same . You can get great online brisket from Albert Matthews check him out

We probably bumped into each other in Bristol Grillstock and didn't even realise :D
Yes, ProQs and WSMs were in abundance. Both are great to smoke on. Get it out of that box asap.
