Hi,

I came across this great site while doing research on Kamado grills. It has been very helpful and finally we ordered our Kamado Joe (big joe) this morning and hope to have it delivered within the next two weeks. I am also joining this forum for tips as we are complete newbies when it comes to Kamado grills.
