Wow at last a forum on a decent subject :D
Been bbq a while use a Webber mainly.
But now interested in getting a smoker , all help greatly appreciated.

Welcome chum,
Loads to learn from here most topics are covered. Regularly in Sussex for Cricket and you have 2 decent smokeries in Brighton.....
