Just a quick introduction to say hello as a new member here.
I've been working on taking my BBQ skills to the next level this year after getting a WSM to supplement my ancient old Genesis, and as I type I've got a lovely lamb shoulder roasting on my recently acquired Weber kettle. I'm really hoping I can learn lots from the knowledge shared here and maybe contribute some experiences down the line as well.

Hello BigPikle, welcome, not BigPikle from DW are you? I used to go on there but gave up worrying about the latest wax and started focusing on charcoal instead
Re: Saying hello...
Thats me! Been a few years since I was a regular there though
Now its cycling, coffee and BBQ/smoking - just was well it starts with cycling though or I'd be joining a dieting forum instead....

Same for me been off DW for a couple of years, it's all nano now, if it wasn't for running, cycling and weights I'd be as big as a house, gives me an excuse to eat loads of protein too
Welcome to the forum loads of info on here, not much on coffee tho, take it you are a bean man?
