Need a meat injector ASAP and with tomorrow being a holiday and me living in N.Ireland all the sites I've phoned can't guarantee Saturday delivery.
Does anyone know of a site which you could depend on quick delivery?

If you've got a fishing shop near by they will sell you needles for injecting dead bait. They usually come in a pack of two and the biggest one is ok as a meat injector. The syringes tend to be low capacity but usable.

Just had a check and those syringes are very cheap.
Gonna buy 'Doves Farm Xanthan gum' in Tescos which will thicken up the injection so it doesn't leak out of the meat. Also use it in big Bob Gibsons sauce to thicken it up

just bought a masterclass flavour injector off ebay, seller dispaches next day, hopefully it'll arrive on Sat. If not its down to the fishing shop
