Booker Ribs

I gots me my Booker ribs.

How do you guys separate them for cooking? They are frozen solid and can't easily be pried apart - whats the best way of storing them?

Surely most of us don't use them all at once...

I tend to use a burger flipper or knife, turn them long ways up and force down

Just to update, all worked out well in the end and I managed to separate 3 which I cooked yesterday.

It was the first time I'd cooked spares, and I used the 3-2-1 method. They were absolutely fantastic, most were very tender.

I really need a better rub though, I used some left over rub from my last pulled pork and it was a bit bleugh - may have to buy some more Cimmaron Doc rub that I enjoyed.

Unless anyone else has some good rib rub suggestions?
