we've started using a hand held blow torch - nice and portable, works pretty damn fine too! :D

I use my plumbing blow torch for windy days or just lighting small amounts of lump when using the minion method, mainly I use my chimney though.

TBH, That's exactly how I identified it was a handy tool. Looking around for a lighter and came across the quick fire in the shed. Never left home without it since. :D
