Hey Gang!
My name is Matt. I'm one of a 3 member BBQ team here in Bristol called "The Social Smokers". We're new on the cicuit and hope to get to a few competitions next year. We already have a provisional sponsor from hotsmoked.co.uk and are hoping to debut at Grillstock 2012. This will be our first competition so expect me to be reading the boards carefully for that extra special competition tip! We are currently working on artwork for logo/t-shirts etc to get the ball rolling. Our smoker is constantly in use and will continue to be used over the winter!
