After picking up my first BBQ from Tesco im trying to bbq as much as I can and become somewhat of an expert with the help of this forum.

My arsenal.
Kettle BBQ 46x46 (Tesco)
Chimmny Starter (Wilko's)
Lumpwood (Big K) & Briquettes (Morrisons)
Greenfingers BBQ Firelighters (Turkish shop)

On order.
Thermometer (Ebay)
Welding gloves (Ebay)

After looking around the internet for some BBQ techniques, I landed here and im sure glad that it did
If im not an active member then i'll sure be a lurker on this forum.
