Hi there, we are Julie and Jeff and are just starting out on our Big Green Egg. Would love to hear from people with hints tip and recipes.
If there are any BGE users out there we would love to come and visit if possible to see how it's done, we are using youtube a lot at the moment and have had some frustration with regulating the temperature :D

Welcome to the forum. If you want something to regulate the temp? You might want to look into a Stoker, BBQ Guru or even the Cheaper Pitmaster IQ 110. Please see link for details: http://www.pitmasteriq.com/ The video is amusing as well.

Regards
