Hi All,

Long time lurker both on here & a couple of US forums so thought it was time to introduce myself.

Based in SW London & love to grill & smoke year round. Just need a Weber Summit & a WSM then my collection will be complete.

Looking to improve my cooks & also hang out on the forum with like minded people.
