Hi there,
I've just joined the forum so thought that I'd say hello.
Just getting into BBQ, and have got myself a Kamado Joe but have only done a few steaks on it so far. I'm interested in exploring a few low n slow recipes, pork butt, ribs and really keen on trying brisket sometime. I've got a Maverick ET732 en route from Amazon so when I get that am planning on getting stuck in!
