Okay, I think it all depends on what you mean by HOT. Are you talking freshly cooked, extra spicey or what. There are a couple of emporiums/cafes I've not tried in central London who do hot/fresh sausage. I wouldn't recomend Googling "Hot Sausage" though, you might get some strange replies.

Nothing to ridiculous it the heat department, but yes I was after some raw sausage for me to cook at home.
