Largest Stainless Steel BBQ available (UK)

I am trying to source a large stainless steel built-in BBQ for a project in Surrey. I have been doing a lot of research into built in BBQ's and I have found a few that could be suitable but would like some input from people who are keen BBQ-ers and may have experiences of different brands and models either at home or professional BBQ's that you have seen being used at events etc.

The client wants the BBQ to be either gas (not bottled) with the option of using charcoal for flavour or purely charcoal. The BBQ must have a waterproof hood or lid. The BBQ must be as large/wide as possible. The BBQ must be top quality, no expense spared etc, cost is not an issue.

Any links to UK companies/distributors would be great and if anyone knows of or has experience of companies out there that make bespoke BBQ's then any info would be much appreciated.
