Hi all- Since I've moved here from the USA 9 years ago I have seen BBQ grow and grow. I used to be the Pitmaster at Rocklands BBQ in Wash DC and am now a home hobbyist. Look forward to hearing from all y'all

Welcome man! I've just got back from visiting friends in sunny Southsea as it happens.

Looking forward to hearing more from you too - I'd imagine you've got some serious knowledge and experience to share!
