Hi,

Great website with loads of help being offered :)

So I picked up a ProQ Frontier 2 weeks ago and managed my first smoke last weekend...Jocob's Ladder.

This weekend I've bagged a 5kg lump of Pork Rack of Ribs.

Right I'm off to the Low and Slow threads.

It was pretty good but 3.5 hours was not enough. The collagen had broken down but didn't have time to soak into the surrounding meat :(

You live and learn.... looking forward to the next time :)
