Hey all,
Long time lurker here from Lancaster, decided to take the plunge and have a chat!
Been smoking for a few months and on the bbq for longer always looking to pick up tips as I poetry much just try and wing it!
Currently sitting in the garden waiting for my coals to heat so I can start an over nighter of brisket and shoulder on a pro q frontier using restaurant grade coals from rectella (first time on this fuel and it's currently like watching a Catherine wheel in the chimney!)
Tried to stick a few photos in but haven't worked out how to do it yet!
Wish me luck as I think I might need it!
