Hello to you all on The British BBQ Society!
I have had a Weber kettle for a few years now and have had great success with direct and indirect cooking but had never smoked on it!
Since September I am now the proud owner of a Weber Smokey Mountain.
I have done a few test smokes with chicken, ribs, sausages and last weekend I did a bacon bomb that was amazing!
