Hi Guys,

Danny from Newmarket here! Been reading through the forums for a few weeks, finally got round to registering with a few burning questions for the s'perts! I love a good bbq, never been great at it, so I've decided to get my bbq techniques up to scratch. Been reading a lot of low and slow stuff, I'm ready to get myself a decent bbq and get cooking.
