Hello
Hi my name is davey having enjoyed eating other people's bbq for a while now think it's time to start cooking some of my own. I'm a complete newbie but I am a fabricator welder so with a little help from you guys hopefully will be cooking some awesome food on my own home brew grill.

You can get a stonking unit if you can build it yourself.
Most tend to build an offset.
